International Women's Day 2025

Happy International Women’s Day!

This day always makes me pause and reflect—not just on the incredible strength of the women around me, but also on the long road ahead. I recently learned that at the current rate of progress, it could take 133 years—roughly five generations—to achieve full gender parity. That thought is both staggering and unacceptable.

That number can feel overwhelming, just like so many challenges we face today. But then I think back to the blatant misogyny in the films many of us grew up watching—things that were once considered normal but would never be acceptable today—and it gives me hope.

Change IS happening. We ARE making progress. And we CAN accelerate it.

At the heart of True Nature, we dream of a world where women are seen, held, and celebrated in their full, untamed power. Where we lift each other up instead of competing. Where we reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.

This year, I invite you to step forward with us.

Whether it’s advocating for fair pay, supporting women-led businesses, or mentoring the next generation, every effort matters.

The International Women's Day website has even more ways to get involved—you can explore them here.
